On August 14, 2019, Mayor Jim Kenney will sign the City's C-PACE ordinance, kicking off the beginning of Philadelphia's C-PACE program and enabling thousands of building owners and developers to take advantage of this unique and powerful financing tool. Although complex, C-PACE can provide a source of long-term, fixed-rate, non-recourse financing for existing buildings, value-add repositioning and ground-up construction projects.
